You cannot buy or pay for anything on this website, so there is nothing to refund or cancel here.

Payment, cancellation and refund terms for a project are written into the quotation or agreement for that project and are agreed with you before work starts. Those written terms apply.

The software is supplied after a demonstration and a direct agreement with the customer. The terms that apply are the ones agreed in writing at that time.

Unlock Money is a separate platform with its own terms. Any question about a payment made there is handled under the terms published on that platform.
